Online Payment Policy: At Nebula Rental LLC, we prioritize secure online transactions. Customers should use their own personal credit or debit cards for payments. If the cardholder's identity does not match the customer's, the service may be declined to prevent fraudulent activities.

Privacy Policy: Nebula Rental LLC is committed to delivering a seamless and digital booking experience. We securely store customer information, such as names, email addresses, and mobile numbers, to ensure accurate service delivery. For car rental bookings, it is necessary for customers to provide documentation for registration with RTA and our providers' portals. We accept payments via credit/debit cards, but please note that Nebula Rental LLC does not retain any payment data. All transactions are securely processed through our payment gateway and the corresponding banking institution.

Invoicing and Payment Terms: Rental periods at Nebula Rental LLC are calculated on a 24-hour basis. If a car rented at 9 AM is returned after 9 AM on the subsequent day, additional charges for an extra day will apply. Invoices are issued when you pick up the vehicle, requiring full payment upfront. A deposit release fee of AED 7 applies. Extensions must be requested 12 hours prior to the end of the current rental period, and payment for extensions must also be made in advance.

Cancellation Policy: Once a rental payment is processed, cancellations cannot be accepted. Nebula Rental LLC does not issue refunds once a vehicle is reserved as it is considered blocked for other potential customers.

Drivers and Licensing Requirements: Drivers must be 21 years or older with a valid international or local driving license (subject to verification by our team). It is crucial that drivers are not under the influence of alcohol or drugs while operating the vehicle. Compliance with UAE driving laws is a must.

Delivery Terms: Vehicle delivery outside of Dubai is subject to additional charges based on the destination city. Upon delivery, drivers are required to present valid documentation and are encouraged to document the vehicle's condition through photos or videos.

Usage Restrictions: Smoking inside Nebula Rental LLC vehicles is strictly prohibited. Charges up to AED 500 may apply for violations. Vehicles must be returned in the condition they were received. Activities such as off-roading, racing, or drifting are strictly prohibited, with significant penalties for non-compliance. Speeding over 160 km/h will incur severe fines, and repeated violations may lead to rental termination.

Mileage and Additional Charges: Our standard rental includes 300 KM per day. Excess mileage is charged between AED 5-10 per KM. Salik (toll) charges and traffic fines will be passed on to the customer with an additional service fee and VAT.

Accident and Damage Policy: In the event of an accident, the customer is responsible for the repair costs and daily rental fees during the repair period if found at fault. The rental agreement will be terminated immediately if the vehicle is involved in an accident, regardless of fault, and no refunds or replacements will be provided.

General Terms: Stickers or marketing materials may not be affixed to the vehicles. Any damage, including tire damage, is the financial responsibility of the renter. Early return of the vehicle does not entitle the customer to a refund.
